When do I get my transcript ?
Placed orders and paid on delivery

As soon as the confirmation of transfer on the product is sent, we start its realization.
The confirmations can be sent on fax: +48 17 862 04 82 or by e-mail in response to the message confirming the placed order.
The orders placed at off days are treated as the ones placed on the first working day.
The courier company is obliged to deliver the dispatch with the transcripts to the ordering person the next day after its sending. After achieving the transcript from the Court and sending the dispatch, the service is perceived as accomplished.
We are not responsible for the delays of packages caused by:- NCR system failure,
- Incorrect address data given in an order form,
- Failure in delivery caused by the courier company
